Tsietsi Molai serves as Managing Director at Emor Capital (Pty) Ltd, a premier transaction advisory services boutique firm founded in 2020. Tsietsi and his team brings over 15 years combined experience in corporate finance and consulting, focusing on the metals & mining, engineering and energy sectors. His expertise lies in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Capital Raising, Structuring, Valuations, Due Diligence, and Financial Modelling. Tsietsi brings uniquely and specialised guidance in unlocking value across the mining transaction lifecycle. 

Based out of Illovo in Johannesburg, Tsietsi leads a team of geology, engineering, financial modelling, and business valuation experts partnering with mining companies and investors across Africa and globally.  

Pursuing this passion after graduating from the University of Cape Town. Tsietsi continued his academic journey with GIBS, CFI and the University of British Colombia where he honed his skills in financial modelling, mine valuation, deal structuring and due diligence.  

Tsietsi is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and is a recognised thought leader in corporate finance in the mining, manufacturing, engineering, energy and logistics industries. His insights into industry’s future, particularly regarding sustainable (ESG) practices, access to finance and technological advancements, are highly sought after.
