Ope is a senior lawyer in the metals and mining and project development and finance groups of Clifford Chance, based in London. Ope is also a member of the firm’s Africa Group and advises on financings, project development and commercial arrangements (including on supply and offtake arrangements) and on acquisitions and disposals in the energy and natural resources sectors across Africa, Asia, South America and Europe. His clients include mining and metals companies, major traders, developers, commercial and multilateral lenders as well as global and regional financial investors.

Ope is qualified in Nigeria, New York and in England and Wales.
