Molebogeng Mazibuko is a seasoned professional with over 17 years’ experience in both the mining and financial services industries. She is currently an Associate Vice President/ Mining Lead within the Investment Division at Africa Finance Corporation ("AFC") with a focus on the mining sector. Molebogeng plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing AFC's investment strategy for the mining sector across the African continent. She has participated and led investment teams focusing on multiple commodities across the continent. She has extensive leadership experience and has sat on various Boards in Southern Africa, including serving as an Investment Committee member of Capital Projects Feasibility Programme (“CPFP”) within the Department of Trade Industry and Competition (“the dtic”) and a Member Trustee under Alexander Forbes Retirement Funds. Molebogeng holds a Bachelor of Science Geology degree, MBA, Master of Commerce in Development Finance, an Executive Certificate in Leading Economic Growth from the Harvard Kennedy School, and another in Sustainable Investing from Harvard Business School.
