Lili Nupen is the co-founder and a director at NSDV Law, a boutique law firm specialising in mining, environmental, construction and energy law. She has extensive experience in the environmental and mining regulatory arena and is known for her practical, solutions-driven approach and her ability to engage meaningfully with all stakeholders. Lili advises both international and local mining companies on a broad range of regulatory and transactional matters across South Africa and the continent. Her work includes compliance with the MPRDA, mine health and safety, environmental legislation, Mining Charter requirements, regulatory consents and approvals, and complex transactions involving mining rights and their related obligations.
