Kwaku Nsiah-Asare
Kwaku is an accomplished young Lawyer and Serial Entrepreneur with a respectable experience within the legal fraternity in Ghana and holds a Masters’ Degree in Law & Finance. Called to the Ghana Bar in the year 2010; he started his legal work from the ever famous and distinguished law firm of OKOMFO ANOKYE CHAMBERS in the heart of the City of Kumasi; from where he moved into corporate legal practice with ANGLOGOLD ASHANTI, the second largest gold mining company in the world where he handled the corporate litigation portfolio of the company’s operations in Ghana. After three and half years of corporate legal practice, Kwaku moved on to join the law offices of SORY@LAW, one of the foremost litigation firms in Ghana where he is a Senior Partner; with several successfully conducted high profile Corporate and Constitutional Law cases under his belt. He has been variously reported in the Supreme Court of Ghana Law Reports.
Kwaku has an avid penchant for business and has over the years married his legal practice with commerce; nurturing, in the process, a unique corporate personality. He is an excellent negotiator and his dexterity between the fields of law and commerce is unmatched among his contemporaries, a fact evident in his success at businesses.
As an exuberant and self-motivated young man with initiative and drive he has founded a number of companies either wholly or in partnerships; notable among which are the TYPHOON GROUP a cluster of Mining and Farming Development Corporations at the apex of which he is the Chief Executive Director. These corporations control a number of operational small scale mining assets which have earned the ENVIABLE REPUTATION of being the only small scale mining operations in the Republic of Ghana that have been certified to be compliant of LBMA and SBGA Responsible Mining and Sourcing Standards. He has exhibited good leadership skills throughout his education and working life; this has been fueled by a desire to contribute to the Political and socio-economic advancement of continental Africa.
Man of many caps, Kwaku served as the Secretary and legal advisor to the governing Board of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) of the Republic of Ghana from the year 2015 to 2025; served as a member of the Appeals Committee of Ghana Football Association. He is a member of the Free, Ancient and Accepted Mason of the United Grand Lodge of England. Besides these he also serves as follows in his professional capacity;
