Glodiv Ngoie
Glodiv Ngoie is the 19-year-old Congolese founder and CEO of Vumila Intelligence, a 100% Congolese-owned technology company developing sovereign infrastructure to strengthen the security, traceability, and integrity of Africa’s critical mineral supply chains.
Glodiv leads the development of Kirozo Trace, a forensic mineral traceability platform designed for the realities of Congolese mining—from remote artisanal operations to large-scale industrial mines. The platform is designed to strengthen chain-of-custody verification, combat mineral fraud and smuggling, and integrate with national mineral certification and export systems.
His work is grounded in a broader commitment to African technological sovereignty, local content, and responsible resource governance.
Glodiv advocates for a new generation of African-built technologies that enable resource-rich countries to retain greater control over the data, verification systems, and infrastructure underpinning their mineral economies.
