Brooke Bibeault is a mining executive and sustainability strategist and CEO of Makor Resources, a Zambia-focused copper exploration and development company building a district-scale portfolio of critical mineral assets. She leads Makor’s early-stage project development with a focus on responsible, ESG-aligned structuring, stakeholder engagement, and long-term supply chain relevance. 

She is also the founder of MineHive, a platform supporting the formalisation of artisanal and small-scale mining through regional consolidation, training, and shared infrastructure models that improve access to capital and enable safer, more efficient production systems. 

Her work includes AI, remote sensing, and satellite-based supply chain traceability systems developed in partnership with Innovate UK to track illicit mineral flows in Kenya and Zambia, as well as a gold and mercury recovery program in Zambia aimed at improving recovery efficiency while reducing mercury use and environmental impact.

 Her work focuses on building responsibly structured critical mineral supply chains aligned with global standards for traceability, sustainability, and long-term market integration.
