Andréa Tiacoh-Sanogo is an Associate within the Metals & Mining sector at the Africa Finance Corporation (AFC), where she contributes to impactful investments driving sustainable growth in Africa by investing in and developing the continent's vast mineral resources. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mining engineering from Polytechnique Montréal and McGill University and is a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec. Andréa transitioned into the investment field in 2022 and owns an MBA from Concordia University. Since joining AFC, she has been instrumental in driving impactful transactions in the mining sector, directly contributing to investments totalling US$150 million and being directly or indirectly involved in a pipeline of projects valued at US$1 billion.
