Mr. Ashaba boasts over 23 years of rich experience in the business arena, guiding business development, strategy, and synergies across East Africa. 

He has led transformative engagements in various sectors, including education, logistics, telecom, mining, health, power, and oil & gas. 

Mr. Ashaba holds a Master's in Business Administration from Eslsca Business School (France) and a Bachelor of Science from Makerere University Kampala, Uganda. 

His business scope includes serving as CEO of Axis International- A consultancy practice, General Manager of Alliad ( Formerly GCC Services) 

He has served as a General Secretary of the Uganda Chamber of Mines & Petroleum (UCMP), A board member of the Association of Chambers of Mines and Other Mining Associations in Africa (ACMMAA), A member of the Presidential Investors Round Tables (Both Petroleum & Mining). A Chairman of KCCA Football Club.

Currently serves as the Chairman of The Uganda Chamber of Mines & Petroleum and sits on the Board of Private Sector Foundation Uganda 

Mr. Ashaba is a Rotarian (PHF) and the Magical President of the Rotary Club of Muyenga Sunday Sunset
